Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our standard production lead time is 20-35 days. Final delivery time depends on your destination port and available shipping schedules, which we will confirm upon order placement.
Q3: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we provide samples. Plain samples and digital printing samples are complimentary. Customers are responsible for the freight charges, which will be quoted based on your location and preferred courier.
Q4: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Our normal payment is 30% T/T in advance ,balance against B/L copy.
Q5: Is the transportation safe enough?
