Testing of raw materials

Physical indicators: Quantification, odor, folding strength, bursting strength, stiffness, tensile strength, tear strength, smoothness, whiteness, opacity, paper dust, thickness, moisture, water absorption (COBB), fat acid resistance (the KIT method and hot oil test), etc.

Food safety indicators: Fluorescent substances, consumption of potassium permanganate, heavy metal (calculated by Pb), arsenic, formaldehyde, overall migration, microorganisms (3 items), etc.
Ink testing: Color, odor, PH value, heavy metals (multiple elements), etc.

Sealant testing: Viscosity, solid content, heavy metals (multiple elements), etc.
