Nanwang (Stock code: 301355) is a pioneer of eco-friendly paper bags in China, with over 1,800 employees and total assets of over 2.5 billion yuan. Covering a total area of about 200,000 square meters, we boast digital printing-based bag-making and food packaging workshops. With more than 400 sets of main production equipment and nearly 100 sets of inspection and testing equipment, we can produce about 12 billion paper product packages per year. We have established two subsidiaries-Fujian Nanwang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui Bag King Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in 2023. These subsidiaries focus on developing and manufacturing products such as cash register paper, label paper, and non-woven bags.We have excellent technology research and development and innovation strength, with 14 industry-leading core technologies, including Patrick bag technology and automatic handle-attaching technology. As of the end of 2024, the company held 94 authorized domestic patents, including 11 invention patents; it also possessed 5 authorized foreign patents. Moreover, we have been recognized by Fujian Province as a high-tech enterprise and a leading "little giant" in the industry. We have also received a number of certifications and awards, including recognition for our intelligent manufacturing workshops.

The Core Production Base of the Headquarters
The headquarters production base of Nanwang is located in Huidong Industrial Zone, Huian, Quanzhou, Fujian. It serves as the core production hub of the company.
- Huge Investment and Advanced Facilities: With a total investment of over 400 million yuan, an international automated standard workshop of nearly 40,000 square meters has been built. The workshop is equipped with thirty automated bag-making assembly lines, and boasting strong production capacity.
- Diverse Production Workshops: The base includes a digital printing and bag-making workshop capable of handling various complex printing and bag-making needs. Additionally, there is a food-grade sterile and dust-free packaging workshop that adheres to high standards in producing food packaging products, ensuring food safety.
Domestic and International Regional Layout
Nanwang is actively establishing its presence in other regions across the country, building a comprehensive production network.
- Anhui Nanwang: Established in 2018, it provides products and services to the local and surrounding markets. The Anhui Tongcheng project will begin construction in January 2024, with partial production starting in June. It has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, implemented in two phases, with the first phase investing 400 million yuan and planning an annual output of 1 billion eco-friendly packaging products.
- Guangdong Nanwang: Guangdong Nanwang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is developing a project in Heshan, Guangdong, with a total investment of 500 million yuan, covering 60 acres. The plan includes the construction of new factory buildings, warehouses, dormitories, and office buildings, with an expected annual output of 3.8 billion eco-friendly paper products.
- Other Regions: The construction of Tangshan Nanwang began in 2019, alongside the acquisition of Xianghe Nanwang. Hubei Nanwang was established and put into operation in 2020. These factories are close to customers, optimizing the supply chain and enhancing the responsiveness of the company’s products in the domestic market.
- Overseas Base: The factory in Indonesia serves as an important base, facilitating the export of the company’s products to countries and regions including the United States, Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia, allowing for deeper participation in international market competition.
