Q1: How you test your products?
A: We have Physics Lab,Microbiology Laboratory, Chemical Analysis Laboratory, Simulation Lab, we will arrange testing for all orders. If needed, third party testing also accept, we will send sample for testing according to customer’s requirement.
Q2: How you manage your production control?
A: 12 tests are required during the production of our paper bags, include Ink PH value, printing first piece, printing sample per roll, friction resistance test, water splash resistance test, bag making first piece, drop test, static load test, dynamic lifting test, tension test, swing test, high and low temperature test.
Q3: How many kilograms can your bags carry?
A: It depends on the bag material. For virgin paper bags, normally up to 10KGS, recycled bags normally around 5KGS.
Q4: What’s your printing type?
A: Our machine is flexo printing machine, we use water based ink for printing, which is eco-friendly.
Q5: How you manage your warehouse keeping?
A: According to the different characteristics of environmental protection and food packaging, we have corresponding storage management systems. We have Intelligent warehouse management, dust-proof rolling shutter door, dust and insect screens, dust removal, we will make sure the storage environment is safe and clean.
