Q1. What's your regular payment term?

A: Our regular payment term is T/T: Telegraphic Transfer. The 30% deposit should be transferred before the mass production. And the balance be paid against Bill of Loading copy.

Q2:Are you factory?

A:Absolutely yes.We have over 15 years of experience in this field.

Q3:Do you have any certification?

A:Yes, we have FSC, BRC and SGS certificates.

Q4:Are you able to private label the box and bag?

A:Yes. OEM/ODM is provided. The MOQ depends on different type of bags, contact us for information regarding our OEM policy.

Q5: When can you ship the products after payment?

A: Usually for sample order we will arrange shipping about around 3-7 days after confirm your payment.For bulk order,it will depend on your quantity,usually around 20-30 days upon receipt of 30% deposit.

Q6. How to place a order?

A: 1. Offer needing details (size, quantity, print customized demands, shipment) to us.

2. We will make PI and send it to you.

3. Check the Sales Contract and confirm it, then you pay the payment;

4. We will arrange the production quickly once payment received.

5. Taking photos for mass production, arrange testing and inspection.

6. Send the forwarder information to us, we will arrange booking and track deliver goods to you soon.
