Q2. I am a big buyer, can you send me free samples before I make a big order?

A: Samples can be sent before you place order but it is charged according to our company’s rule. And we will refund sample fee once getting your first formal order.

Q3. How soon the order is processed and shipped?

A: Normally we have no print items in stock, we will arrange for shipping within 7 days after your payment. If order amount is over 20000 units, and logo need customized, will takes about 20-30 days to finish the mass production.

Q4:Are you able to private label the box and bag?

A:Yes. OEM/ODM is provided. The MOQ depends on different type of bags, contact us for information regarding our OEM policy.

Q5: When can you ship the products after payment?

A: Usually for sample order we will arrange shipping about around 3-7 days after confirm your payment.For bulk order,it will depend on your quantity,usually around 20-30 days upon receipt of 30% deposit.
