A: Yes, we provide samples. Plain samples and digital printing samples are complimentary. Customers are responsible for the freight charges, which will be quoted based on your location and preferred courier.

A. Yes, absolutely. We can palletize products upon request. Please note this may incur additional charges and require more container space.

Q3. Can you quote with sea freight to our country?

A: Yes, we can provide a comprehensive quote including sea freight. To calculate the most accurate shipping cost, please share your destination port.

Q4. Do you have test report?

A: Yes. We provide comprehensive inline quality test reports at no cost. For official third-party certification (e.g., SGS, FDA, or REACH tests), we can assist with arranging the process—test fees would be billed separately.

Q5:How long is your warranty?

A: Our warranty is 2 years without secondary use.

Please note: As our products are designed for single-use, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from reuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.

Q6: Where do you buy the raw material?

A: We source our raw materials from a select network of reputable suppliers across the world, primarily from domestic, part from Europe, Japan, and South Korea. Furthermore, we also accept and can process paper materials provided directly by our customers.

Q7: Are your bags produced from rolls or sheets??

A: We offer both roll and sheet processing options, with the optimal method determined by your specific bag design and material thickness requirements.

Q9: Which port do you ship?.

A: In China, we ship from XIAMEN port, ZHUHAI/SHENZHEN port, NANJING port, TIANJIN port, WUHAN port. In Indonesia, we ship from Samarang port. If you need to ship from other ports is also workable for us.
