Q7:How about your lead time to send sample? How about sample charge?
A: Generally around 1-2 working days for plain/stock samples, 5-7 working days for customized samples. Sample fee depend on the design. Plain/Stock samples are free of charge, just need clients to pay for freight only; You will need to pay for developing new sample that called custom-made samples, and sample fee will be refunded to you if committed bulk order placed.
