A: Paper products are single-use products and are not recommended for reuse. Our warranty is 3 years without secondary use.

A: Most of them are from China, some from EUROPE, Japan, Korea. We accept the paper from customers.

Q5:What ink do you use?

A: We use water based ink, which is environmental.
