A: Paper products are single-use products and are not recommended for reuse. Our warranty is 3 years without secondary use.  

Q2: Where do you buy the raw material?

A: Most of them are from China, some from EUROPE, Japan, Korea. We accept the paper from customers.

Q3: Which port do you ship?.

A: In China, we ship from XIAMEN port, ZHUHAI/SHENZHEN port, NANJING port, TIANJIN port, WUHAN port. In Malaysia, we ship from PENANG port or KLANG port. But if you need to ship from other ports is also workable for us.
